Product Introduction Specialist

The successful New Product Introduction Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product transitions from development to production, maintaining the highest quality and reliability standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Lead NPI projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality targets are met.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements for improved product quality and manufacturing efficiency, including PFMEA's.
- Testing and Validation: Oversee testing and validation of new products to ensure regulatory compliance and performance standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
