About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced New Product Introduction Engineer to join our team at ACS Performance.

Job Summary:

The New Product Introduction Engineer will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products, including gas sensors and safety instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with R&D, Product Management and manufacturing teams to develop and introduce new products.
  • Lead NPI projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Oversee testing and validation of new products to ensure compliance with regulatory and performance standards.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the product development and introduction process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in NPI, preferably within the gas sensor or safety instrument industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in gas sensor technologies and safety instruments.
  • Proficient in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary: £55,000 per annum
