About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding & Induction Specialist to join our client's team in a market-leading construction and plant hire firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the growth and development of the business.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

You will be responsible for managing all new site inductions, ensuring that all bookings are made within relevant time frames and all policies are followed.

Additionally, you will support the Resourcing Team, proactively inducting all operators, and aligning their skills profiles to meet demand.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum is on offer, plus benefits and opportunities for career progression.
