About the Role

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator / PA to join their HR team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in both PA and HR roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Diary management for the Head of People
  2. Committee meetings and minute-taking
  3. Recruitment and onboarding process management
  4. Personnel record-keeping, payroll, and accuracy compliance
  5. Supporting the wider HR team, Head of People, and EDI Manager on key initiatives

The ideal candidate will be IT proficient, experienced in minute-taking, have exceptional organisational skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritise a diverse workload.
