Job Summary:We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Business Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting and communicating customer support processes, providing dedicated ownership and focus on the management of business process flows from order fulfilment to technical support services.
Key Responsibilities:- Document and establish cross-functional business processes to support business outcomes.
- Provide input into Business and Transformation programs to drive consistency in future processes.
- Maintain and communicate policy, processes, procedures, and controls in conformance to Aveva's business process management framework.
- Experience in selecting and implementing process classification standards for Customer Technical Support and Success teams in a global organisation.
- Strong English language capability.
$85,000 - $110,000 per year
