Facilities Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team in Cambridge. As a Facilities Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our facilities at our ever-growing Cambridge site.
Our client operates in the Aerospace sector and due to their business expanding at a rapid rate, they are looking to expand their Facilities team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will have:
- A mechanical and/or electrical qualification or extensive M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) experience.
- Familiarity with engineering systems such as heating, ventilation, and plumbing.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety practices, including risk assessments, method statements, and permits to work.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all site safety procedures, performing general maintenance, and coordinating with contractors. You will also be responsible for understanding and maintaining key engineering systems, carrying out plumbing and joinery repairs, and conducting site inspections and checks.
