Facilities Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at South Cambridgeshire District Council. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day repairs, void refurbishments, and relet service activities across the district.
You will work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure compliance with industry regulations, national standards, and internal policies. This includes monitoring regulation changes, providing input into policy development, and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have experience in facilities management, risk assessment, and compliance. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to report to management in a clear and accurate manner.
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
