We are seeking a Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at Arcus Solutions in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including electrical and mechanical systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and supervising maintenance activities
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and excellent organizational skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to clients.

The salary for this position is up to £35,921 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a 20% discount on Nuffield Fitness and Wellbeing Centres, a health cash plan, and access to state-of-the-art training facilities.
