Facilities Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Facilities Manager to join our team at Maxwell Stephens Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing multi-site facilities across the UK.
About The Job:
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the operations of multi-site facilities, ensuring high standards of service delivery across all locations. This includes oversight of OPEX and CAPEX budgets, conducting monthly forecasting and financial reporting to meet contractual KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations of multi-site facilities, ensuring high standards of service delivery across all locations.
- Oversight of OPEX and CAPEX budgets, conducting monthly forecasting and financial reporting to meet contractual KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service providers to ensure operational efficiency and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as internal policies and client expectations.
- Manage supplier performance through SLAs and KPIs, ensuring value for money and service delivery.
Key Requirements:
We require:
- Proven experience in managing multi-site facilities in a corporate or client-facing environment.
- Strong experience in managing OPEX & CAPEX, including budget preparation, accruals, and reporting.
- Ability to lead and influence teams across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence and a strong client relationship.
- Strong understanding of building M&E systems and critical infrastructure management.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys managing diverse facilities across multiple locations. We estimate a salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum depending on experience.
