Special Needs Teaching Professional

We are looking for a talented Special Needs Teacher to join our team at a special school in Moseley, South Birmingham. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching and supporting primary pupils aged 5-11 years with diverse needs.
You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individualised education, health and care plans that cater to the unique requirements of each student.
Key Responsibilities:- To teach and support students with complex needs in a primary school setting
- To collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective education, health and care plans
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement
- To contribute to the overall development of the school community
