About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of students with special educational needs.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced professionals to provide individualized support and guidance to students aged 11-16 who require additional help due to SEN.

Your primary responsibilities will include working one-to-one and in groups to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential. You will also maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work with students aged 11-16 who require additional support due to SEN

  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other relevant parties

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Criminology)
  • Experience working with students with SEN, preferably in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Birmingham, Redditch, and Dudley

Type: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to Perm

Schedule: Monday to Friday
