Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN teaching support professional to join their team at an Ofsted rated 'Good' school in Sandwell.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience working with children with additional needs or a strong desire to work with such children. They should have the ability to follow EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans) or other educational plans designed to cater to individual learning needs.

The successful applicant will be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with Special Educational Needs and have the ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, fostering the growth and development of every child.

We offer weekly pay through PAYE, without hidden umbrella costs, a refer a friend bonus scheme, access to over 50 online courses, and representation by a trusted provider with more than 4000 clients across the UK.

This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent in the future. All applicants must undergo relevant checks, including a valid enhanced DBS check and subscription to the DBS Update Service.

The salary for this role is £84-£95 per day.
