Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at LT Selection. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Presenting our training services to customers and stakeholders, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our offerings.
  • Working closely with our sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, preferably in the education and skills sector.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
