Responsibilities- Conduct daily assessments to assess individual needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed records
- Produce clear and concise reports on assessment findings
- 12 months post-qualification experience in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Paramedics, or Physiotherapy
- Active NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions
- Right to work in the UK
- Full training is provided for the role
- Estimated salary: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum based on location
