The successful candidate will have a strong background in urgent care, with a Level 7 degree and prescribing qualification. They will be responsible for providing triage and assessments, working in partnership with service users and using evidence-based outcome measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and assessment of patients
  • Prescribing medication as required
  • Working in partnership with service users to achieve optimal outcomes

Requirements:

  • Level 7 degree in a relevant field
