Advanced Clinical Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Totally's Urgent Care division. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional care.

About the Role:

This position involves working as a key member of our Urgent Care team, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong understanding of healthcare policies, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with NHS standards and guidelines
* Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
* Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and patient outcomes
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice

Requirements:

* Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification or equivalent experience
* Strong clinical knowledge and skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
