We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Healthcare Professional to join our healthcare team at Urgent Nursing in Birmingham, West Midlands.
About the JobThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled Clinical Nurse Practitioner to work as part of our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
As a Primary Care Healthcare Professional, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including health assessments, vaccinations, and wound care. You will also educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
The successful candidate will be required to maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Additionally, you will participate in quality improvement initiatives and comply with relevant health regulations.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is estimated to be between £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; current nursing license.
- Previous experience in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in EMR systems.
- CPR and First Aid certification; immunization, chronic disease management) are a plus.
