The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Warren Farm Urgent Treatment Centre, working as part of a dynamic and forward-thinking clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in an urgent treatment setting
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients with complex health needs
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures

Person Specification

Essential

  • Regulated Health Care professional with current registration
  • Relevant Masters level modules including Advanced Clinical Assessment & Management and Consultation Skills
  • Registered as a non-medical prescriber with the relevant regulator or have access to PGD (V300)
  • PILS/ILS and Level 3 safeguarding
  • Minor Injury and Minor Illness

About the Benefits
