Support Worker Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker at Elsdon Mews. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and fulfilling lives.
">">- This is a permanent contracted position, working 39 hours per week, with the opportunity to work flexible hours including evenings, sleepovers, nights, and weekends.
The successful candidate will have the ability to follow detailed support plans, assisting individuals with daily living tasks such as domestic services, social support, personal care, medication, and meal preparation. Previous experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.
