About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Elsdon Mews. As a Relief Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to adults with learning disabilities in their own home.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role, although full training will be provided. You must be able to follow detailed support plans and assist individuals with daily living tasks, including domestic services, social support, personal care, and medication management.

A typical shift would be between 8am-9pm, with all shifts being 13 hours long. Minimum contract of 26 hours per week is required, covering various shift patterns. Driver preferred but not essential.

Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities, including shift working, evenings, sleepovers, nights, and weekends. Sleepovers include an allowance.
