About the Job
We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible Healthcare Support Worker to join our Urgent Community Response team in South Tyneside. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing care to people in their own homes to prevent hospital admission.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will support the Recovery at Home clinical staff service, working with patients who are acutely unwell or have recently been discharged from hospital. You will be responsible for assisting the clinical team in undertaking clinical observations, performing diagnostic tests, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working in an NHS or healthcare environment, with good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of staff. A full UK driving licence and car ownership are also essential.

Salary and Benefits
