**Estimated Salary:** £22,000 - £27,000 per annum
**Job Summary:** Barchester Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Support and Care Professional to join our team. As a Support and Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their individual needs are met.
**Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered care to residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records and reports
**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in care provision, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
