Job Title: Support Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Professional to join our team at Lifeways. As a Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in accordance with their personalised plans
  • Building positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Maintaining accurate records of service user information and support plans
  • Administering medication and handling finances as required
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good observation skills and ability to accurately record incidents
