Job Title: Adult Care Coordinator
">We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Adult Care Coordinator to join our team at HC One. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality care that prioritizes the dignity and well-being of our residents.
">With a strong focus on building relationships and understanding individual needs, you will work closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that promote independence, security, and happiness.
">As a leader within our care team, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of care through effective leadership, mentoring, and guidance. Your expertise will also be essential in planning and implementing social and recreational activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
">The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This competitive salary reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining exceptional caregivers who share our commitment to delivering exceptional care.
