Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans and sales strategies within specified regions.
  • Meet annual sales goals and objectives of key strategic regions.
  • Manage teams to identify new business sales opportunities and respond to enquiries, such as RFIs or RFPs.
  • Establish and maintain regular contact and excellent rapport with future and current clients.
  • Prepare and organize sponsor presentations, such as bid defence meetings.
  • Collect and compile critical information for proposal preparation.
  • Support teams to understand RFI/RFP processes and provide detailed input.
  • Monitor and track competitor PV activities.
  • Plan and attend major industrial events and tradeshows as budgeted and required.
  • Identify new markets and research new business opportunities, highlighting likely sales points within specified territories or accounts.
  • Coordinate and manage activities aiming to develop and retain clients.
  • Collect, analyze, and present data related to business development in the region and report to the VP as required.
  • Provide input and support the VP, promoting open and transparent communication throughout the business development department and the wider organization.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
