About the Role:
  • Respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the company.
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Take detailed minutes in meetings to ensure that key actions are recorded and followed up.
  • Cover the HR Advisor's responsibilities when they are absent.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations to safeguard the company's interests.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • A good understanding of HR principles and UK employment law is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting would be beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills are necessary to perform tasks accurately.
