About the Role:

This is a permanent part-time position working 21 hours per week, reporting directly to the HR Director. As a Recruitment and Development Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the charity's human resources strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the HR Director to design and implement comprehensive recruitment and retention strategies
  2. Develop and deliver learning and development programmes to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  3. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and equal opportunities
  4. Manage budgets and resources to support HR initiatives

Requirements: CIPD qualification, at least 5 years of senior-level HR experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
