Job Summary: Field Sales Business Partner
Location: Hampshire / Dorset
About the Opportunity:
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with customer management teams to improve sell-through and enhance business relationships.
- Develop knowledge of retailers' systems and procedures to deliver commercial initiatives effectively.
- Establish strong communication with internal stakeholders and retailers to ensure clarity on activities and plans.
- Build relationships with retailer contacts and agree incremental activation plans.
- Commercial mindset with experience in sales or retail preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for building relationships and establishing credibility.
- Good understanding of numbers and key levers for driving sales.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload.
- Analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
- Proactive attitude with ambition to develop a career in Commercial Sales.
- Competent IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and customer-specific software.
- Solution-focused mindset for turning challenges into results.
- Full driving licence.
- Competitive salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum.
