Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities. They will also be involved in developing and maintaining existing client relationships, as well as identifying new markets and territories for expansion.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
* Conduct market research to identify new markets and territories for expansion
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants should have a proven track record of success in business development or a related field. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A degree in a relevant subject area such as business, marketing, or finance would be beneficial but not essential.
