Job Description

STERIS Canada Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Executive - Life Sciences, you will be responsible for sales, technical consultation, and lead generation in your assigned territory for STERIS products to the Life Sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Achieve all revenue, gross margin, and product sales objectives established by the Business Unit.
  • Technical Consultation: Participate in the design and implementation of sales strategies, identify prospects and opportunities, present new concepts and products, and call on Customers.
  • Lead Generation: Effectively manage and utilize company provided sales resources to maximize sales outcomes while providing best solutions to the customer.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Science Related field or Engineering (strongly preferred).
  • Several years of sales experience to pharma manufacturer or cGMP industry related experience required.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health and dental plan, life insurance, and a generous retirement savings plan.
