About the Role

As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll manage the communications between Paxton Access and our customers, engaging and building relationships with your own customer base, cross-selling products, providing training, and hosting webinars. You'll collaborate with sales and management to plan targeted campaigns and timelines, conduct call campaigns, and achieve monthly KPIs.

  • Qualify inbound sales meetings and schedule as needed.
  • Provide product quotations to customers, supporting design solutions from technical drawings and specification.
  • Share feedback to field sales team on opportunities, objections, and market trends with the sales team.
  • Support sales events by attending exhibitions, seminars, and other customer-facing events.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve UK Sales team targets, such as Marketing & Product teams.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a similar or sales-based role, managing your own client base with KPIs & targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong drive to achieve customer success.
