Salary: £24,000 per annum + excellent uncapped commission (OTE £40-45k)

Full Time

Clearline Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Event Sales Executive to join their team in Brighton. As an Event Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving ticket sales, ensuring events reach full capacity, and contributing to the company's continued success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a natural ability to build relationships with clients. You will be responsible for following up on new business leads and enquiries, identifying and account managing past multi-buyers and key customers, and building and maintaining the sales database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads into paid attendees for Exhibitions and conferences
  • Follow up new business leads and enquiries
  • Identify and account manage past multi-buyers and key customers
  • Build, operate and maintain the sales database

Requirements:

  • Excellent academics (degree preferred)
  • Good IT skills including MS Office
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
  • A natural curiosity and being genuinely inquisitive
  • An international outlook and interest in current affairs
  • Track record of high achievement
  • Confident and professional manner (written and verbal)
  • B2B phone sales experience (desirable)
  • Experience using Salesforce (desirable)
  • Additional Languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic) - desirable but not essential
