Job Summary

This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless inventory control and efficient movement of goods from receipt to point of use.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor and manage stock movements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials across all stages of the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with production teams to align material availability with production schedules.
  • Coordinate the movement of goods, from procurement to delivery at the point of use.
  • Ensure efficient transportation and handling practices to reduce costs and delays.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, materials management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.

What We Offer
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
