As part of our growing team, we seek a dynamic Supply Chain Manager with strong expertise in materials management to play a critical role in ensuring seamless inventory control and efficient movement of goods from receipt to point of use.

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee all aspects of inventory management, procurement, and the movement of goods. This position is central to ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient flow of materials across the business, optimizing supply chain processes while meeting production demands and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control:

Develop and implement inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels.

Monitor and manage stock movements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.

Material Management:

Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials across all stages of the supply chain.

Ensure materials are available at the right time, in the right quantities, and in the right condition.

Collaborate with production teams to align material availability with production schedules.

Logistics & Movements:

Coordinate the movement of goods, from procurement to delivery at the point of use.

Ensure efficient transportation and handling practices to reduce costs and delays.

Track and manage shipments, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.


Process Optimization
:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Establish KPIs and report on supply chain performance, driving continuous improvement.

Supplier Management:

Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.

Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.


Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in supply chain management, materials management, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.

Qualifications:

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP (advantageous).
