**Position Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an **Auction Facilitator & Logistics Assistant**. Immediate start available.

This role involves providing essential manual assistance in various aspects of the auction process, including loading and unloading auction items, documenting item details, capturing item images, moving goods, and ensuring the smooth preparation and organization of auction spaces. This position requires a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to collaborate within a team environment while demonstrating the ability to work independently and show initiative. Training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in loading and unloading auction items, ensuring proper handling and care during transportation.
- Document item details accurately using company software, including descriptions, dimensions, and any relevant information for auction records using
- Capture high-quality images of auction items for cataloguing and promotional purposes.
- Move goods within the auction facility, maintaining organization and accessibility for auction preparations.
- Prepare auction items and spaces, including arranging displays, setting up auction lots, and ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience in a similar role, such as warehouse assistance, event support, or auction logistics, preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team while also independently managing tasks and priorities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Possess and maintain a valid Full clean UK driving license.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
