We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Director to join our team at Newbury College. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering our People Strategy and managing our HR function on a day-to-day basis.

You will be responsible for providing a customer-focused HR service, ensuring that managers and employees are equipped with best practices to meet the College Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the College's overall goals and objectives
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Manage and develop the HR team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to HR
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Level 2 English and Maths
- CIPD Level 5
- Up-to-date HR knowledge
- Experience of developing and supporting managers
