Job Description:

We are seeking a Relationship Development Specialist to join our team at Attivo Group. As a key member of our financial planning department, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our financial planners to ensure seamless integration of new clients, efficient onboarding, and effective management of client enquiries.

You will also be responsible for coordinating relationships between clients and financial planners, taking into account various factors that impact these relationships.

With your excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients, you will arrange and attend client networking events to promote organic growth of our client base.

In addition to this, you will support the Relationship Team Manager with ad-hoc tasks and collaborate closely with team members and the financial planning team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Coordinating relationships between clients and financial planners.
  • Arranging and attending client networking events.
  • Supporting the Relationship Team Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Collaborating closely with team members and the financial planning team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building client relationships, preferably in the financial planning or wealth management sector.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a full driving licence.
  • Minimum 5 GCSE's graded A-B (6), or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Educated to degree level, preferably in Economics, Maths, Accountancy and Finance, or Business Management.
  • Relevant qualifications in the financial planning sector, or a keen interest in completing the CII Level 4 Diploma.
