About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team.

This role will support the day-to-day management of client accounts, assisting our Account Executives in driving growth while maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and databases
  • Follow procedures to ensure effective scheme management
  • Handle day-to-day queries from clients and insurers
  • Manage claims, liaising with all parties to achieve the best outcomes for clients
  • Develop knowledge of a full suite of commercial products and employee benefits
  • Build strong relationships with insurers
  • Present client solutions to market
  • Advise clients on their insurance needs, ensuring all recommendations are aligned with their demands
  • Provide excellent customer service, taking ultimate responsibility for your clients
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required

With a competitive salary of up to £40,000, plus up to 10% bonus, you'll have the opportunity to progress to an Account Executive role.
