Job Title: Residential Communication Specialist

Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled professional to join Bell Building Projects Ltd in Portland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication with building residents.

Duties include:

  • Liaising with residents: You will be the primary point of contact for residents, providing information, resolving complaints and feedback, and logging interactions within our system.
  • Communication planning: You will prepare and circulate regular rollout programmes to keep residents informed about our works and timeline.
  • Public events: You will organise public events, such as resident coffee mornings and meet-and-greets, and arrange resident meetings.
  • Complaint resolution: You will monitor and resolve resident complaints, working closely with the Site Project Manager to ensure effective communication.

Requirements and skills:

  • A proven track record in customer care and/or a customer-focused environment.
  • Exceptional communication and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High professional standards, honesty, and integrity.
  • Proficiency in software packages like Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work to timelines and effectively manage a busy workload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
