About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organisation Development Facilitator to join our team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. As a key member of our OD Department, you will play a vital role in supporting and enabling the delivery of our Workforce, Organisational Development and Education Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured and bespoke leadership development sessions to support the growth and development of our leaders.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate leadership development initiatives.
  • Analyse information to produce/present evaluation reports to a variety of audiences within agreed timescales.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of our leadership development programmes.
  • Provide facilitation and communication skills to support the delivery of multiple programmes/events.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • ILM Level 5 Coaching qualification or willingness to work towards.
  • Understanding of programme management processes and organisational development activities.
  • Knowledge of learning theories, blended learning approaches, and project management.
  • IT literacy with a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • OD or L&D qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Accreditation for tools/psychometrics or willingness to work towards.
  • Evidence of relevant CPD.
  • Experience of working in a busy, complex environment with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience of providing facilitation, delivery, and evaluation of training or development programmes.
