About the Role
Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a highly skilled Organisation Development Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our Organisation Development Department, you will play a vital role in supporting and enabling the delivery of our Workforce, Organisational Development and Education Strategy 2020-2030.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured and bespoke leadership development sessions to support the growth and development of our leaders.
- Analyse information to produce/present evaluation reports to a variety of audiences within agreed timescales.
- Assist/fully support development, implementation and evaluation of our leadership development initiatives.
- Fully support/deputise multiple programmes/events with strong facilitation and communication skills.
Requirements
- Extensive previous experience of working in a busy, complex environment with sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience of providing facilitation, delivery and evaluation of training or development programmes.
- Experience of collating, analysing, evaluating and presenting data from a range of sources.
- Experience of producing, updating and managing databases.
- Experience of producing high quality content - attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience of engagement and collaborative working with multiple stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- ILM Level 5 Coaching qualification or willing to work towards.
- Understanding of programme management processes.
- Understanding of Organisational Development Activities.
- Knowledge of learning theories and blended learning approaches.
- Knowledge of project management.
- IT literate with a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office, packages including word, excel, power point, outlook & teams.
