Organisation Development Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organisation Development Facilitator to join our team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. As a key member of our Organisation Development Department, you will play a vital role in supporting and enabling the delivery of our Workforce, Organisational Development and Education Strategy 2020-2030.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver structured and bespoke leadership development sessions to support the growth and development of our leaders and teams.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of our leadership development initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with our organisational strategy.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design, deliver, and evaluate training programmes, workshops, and other development initiatives.
- Produce high-quality content, including programme materials, presentations, and reports, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Engage with and support our leaders, teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our organisational development initiatives.
- Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
- ILM Level 5 Coaching qualification or willing to work towards.
- Understanding of programme management processes and organisational development activities.
- Knowledge of learning theories, blended learning approaches, and project management.
- IT literate with a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- OD or L&D qualification or able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
- Accreditation for tools/psychometrics, such as 360 feedback, action learning facilitation, or MBTI, or willing to work towards.
- Evidence of relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
