About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisation Development Facilitator to join our team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. As a key member of our OD Department, you will play a vital role in supporting and enabling the delivery of our Workforce, Organisational Development and Education Strategy 2020-2030.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured and bespoke leadership development sessions to support the growth and development of our leaders.
  • Analyse information to produce/present evaluation reports to a variety of audiences within agreed timescales.
  • Assist/fully support development, implementation and evaluation of our leadership development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design, deliver and evaluate training programmes.

Requirements

  • Education to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • ILM Level 5 Coaching qualification or willingness to work towards.
  • Understanding of programme management processes and organisational development activities.
  • Knowledge of learning theories and blended learning approaches.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • OD or L&D qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Accreditation for tools/psychometrics or willingness to work towards.
  • Evidence of relevant CPD.
