We are seeking an experienced Organisation Development Facilitator to join our team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our organisation and make a positive impact on the lives of our staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing facilitation, delivery, and evaluation of training or development programmes. They will also be required to collate, analyse, evaluate, and present data from a range of sources. Additionally, they will produce, update, and manage databases, and produce high-quality content with attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive previous experience of working in a busy, complex environment with sensitive and confidential information. They will also have experience of providing facilitation, delivery, and evaluation of training or development programmes, as well as experience of collating, analysing, evaluating, and presenting data from a range of sources. Furthermore, they will have experience of producing, updating, and managing databases, and producing high-quality content with attention to detail and accuracy.
