About the Role

We are seeking a skilled facilitator to join our team in the NHS, supporting the delivery of our Workforce, Organisational Development and Education Strategy 2020-2030. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a friendly, supportive, and dynamic team who are passionate about making a difference to our leaders, their teams, and the organisation.

The successful candidate will have a pleasant disposition, excellent interpersonal skills, strong facilitation and programme administration experience, digital proficiency, and a desire to support our team and our leaders in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured and bespoke leadership development sessions
  • Assist/fully support development, implementation, and evaluation of our leadership development initiatives
  • Work flexibly - in the office, from home, and deliver sessions in person at various sites across the Health Board
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent experience
  • ILM Level 5 Coaching qualification or willing to work towards
  • Understanding of programme management processes
  • Understanding of Organisational Development Activities
  • Knowledge of learning theories and blended learning approaches
  • Knowledge of project management
  • IT literate with a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams
