About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced coach to join our team as a Coaching Network Co-ordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Organisation Development (OD) Department to support and enable the delivery of our Workforce, Organisational Development and Education Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Role model a coaching style of leadership and further embed the coaching culture across our organisation.
  • Demonstrate the value being added to the organisation by the coaching network and be an effective coach with your own caseload.
  • Coordinate the network, offer a trusted space to pause, learn and reflect, and confidently deliver our internal coaching training programme for leaders.
  • Engage and promote the benefits of coaching, support the development of our internal coaches, and make a positive difference in your coaching and delivery style.
Requirements
  • Qualified to degree level in a relevant subject area or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • ILM L5 Coaching qualification and relevant CPD to postgraduate diploma level.
  • Experience of delivering coaching within an organisation, coordinating and liaising with departments, leaders, managers, and staff.
  • Ability to work remotely, use necessary technology, and travel between sites in a timely manner.
