About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coaching Network Development Manager to join our team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. As a key member of our Organizational Development Department, you will play a vital role in supporting and enabling the delivery of our Workforce, Organizational Development and Education Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a coaching network strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate coaching sessions with our leaders, staff, and coaches to promote a culture of coaching and development.
  • Design and deliver coaching training programs for our leaders and staff to enhance their coaching skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with our teams to identify coaching needs and develop targeted coaching interventions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our coaching network and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Qualified to degree level in a relevant subject area, such as sociology, people management, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • ILM L5 Coaching qualification and relevant CPD to postgraduate diploma level.
  • Experience of delivering coaching within an organization, coordinating and liaising with various departments, and delivering training and facilitation to groups.
  • Ability to work remotely and use necessary technology teams.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Evidence of relevant CPD and teaching/training qualification or relevant experience.
  • ILM L7 Coaching Supervision Qualification or willingness to work towards.
  • Experience working with a wide range of staffing groups and levels, including senior managers and clinical leaders.
