Job Summary

The Organizational Development Department at Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a qualified coach to join our team as a Coaching Network Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our internal coaching network, supporting staff throughout their careers and making a positive impact on the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Role model a coaching style of leadership and further embed the coaching culture across the organization.
  • Demonstrate the value being added to the organization by the coaching network and be an effective coach with your own caseload.
  • Coordinate the network, offer a trusted space for leaders, staff, and coaches to pause, learn, and reflect, and confidently deliver internal coaching training programs.
  • Engage and promote the benefits of coaching, support the development of internal coaches, and utilize various coaching techniques and methods to enable people to take positive steps.

Person Specification
  • Qualified to degree level in a relevant subject area, sociology, people management, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • ILM L5 Coaching qualification and knowledge of organizational development strategies.
  • Ability to work remotely and use necessary technology teams, relevant CPD to postgraduate diploma level, and experience of delivering coaching within an organization.
