About the Role
Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a highly skilled Organisation Development Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our OD Department, you will play a vital role in supporting and enabling the delivery of our Workforce, Organisational Development and Education Strategy 2020-2030.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate leadership development programmes and initiatives to drive organisational growth and excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver bespoke training solutions that meet the needs of our leaders and teams.
- Analyse data and information to produce evaluation reports and present findings to various audiences.
- Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of our leadership development initiatives.
- Provide facilitation and communication skills to support multiple programmes and events.
Requirements
- Education to degree level or equivalent experience.
- ILM Level 5 Coaching qualification or willingness to work towards.
- Understanding of programme management processes and organisational development activities.
- Knowledge of learning theories, blended learning approaches, and project management.
- IT literacy with a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- OD or L&D qualification or equivalent experience.
- Accreditation for tools and psychometrics or willingness to work towards.
- Evidence of relevant CPD.
- Extensive experience of working in a busy, complex environment with sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience of providing facilitation, delivery, and evaluation of training or development programmes.
