Salary DetailsThe estimated annual salary for this position is £25,500 - £28,500, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Support Worker within our team, your primary duties will include:
- Supporting individuals with daily activities such as shopping, household chores, meal preparation, and personal care.
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to help service users achieve their goals.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
